Design And Realization Of Educational Resource Management (System) In Yunnan University

The system is based on teaching resources management of Yunnan University educational administration system. Solve the problem of teaching resources management, In the case of complex and diverse types of resources, In addition to management of basic information, the time of teaching resources were managed innovatively, scheduling time of classroom or teacher resources. For the respondent based on object-oriented analysis and design method needs out of the system.First, the paper introduces the background and significance, and the research and personal work and the structure of the paper are described.Second, the system introduces the related theory of technology.Then start from the demand analysis, the system needs the following aspects of the analysis, including:the business requirements, functional requirements, the concept of time analysis,data requirements analysis,non-functional requirements.Based on requirements analysis,modeling by using use case diagram and class diagram.Next, designing the functions of system, At frist,using the package diagram designs functional modules of the system,the system is divided into three large modules:classroom resource management, teacher resource management, user information, and three sub-modules of classroom resources management includes campus management, classroom management, teachingbuilding management; teacher resources management, including basic information management of teacher, teacher time resources management, querying of teacher resource information, using the class diagrams and sequence diagrams and core activity diagrams to model and describle, then design the controller and the entity involved and describle in detail; After design ths entity-relationship diagram while design database tables and describle field properties. Next, Based on MVC pattern, the paper implements the system, the paper clarifies environment of system development and the main functions which are achieved and entity model. Finally, the paper describes the process of tests. At last, the thesis summarized the research contents and prospected the further work.
