The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Plan Management System For Shandong Industrial Vocational College

Thus, it is required to design and realize a management system of courses teaching plan.Shandong Vocational College of Industry proposed that the system should allow teachers to apply for teaching resources,making course plans, as well as facilitating the administrator to check the information, which is able to reach the goal of standardizing the order of teaching.The system is realized by the.net technology which is based on the browser/server B/S structure, using SQL SERVER2005database server to satisfy the scalability needs. From the principle of systematization, practicality, integrity, inclusiveness, scalability and flexibility, aiming to allow all the users in Shandong Vocational College campus and even on the Internet to connect, the system makes it possible for the users to access to the data of the management system in different regions, in any time they want and by different capacities, which greatly enhance the sharing ability of the system.The development of the system is based on the specific circumstances and requirements of Shandong Vocational College of Industry, which is a perfect courses teaching plans system.The system consists of six modules, the management of teaching plan’s filling, the management of application of teaching resources and query, user management, management of information of the classroom’s resources, curriculum information management,and the management of the collegiate department’s information. The management of teaching plan’s filling realizes that the person in charge of cuniculum can formulate or modify the courses’ plans for teachers’using in class, which is also used for the ordinary teachers, department of academic affairs division, administrators to check. The management of application of teaching resources and query makes it possible for the teachers which includes ordinary teachers and the person in charge of the class checking the overall use of resources. Applying for classrooms according to teaching plans, teachers can also check, modify and delete the resources they have applied. User management completes the entering, modifying, deleting, querying and other maintenance operations on each department and faculty. The management of information about the classroom’s resources realizes maintenance of the resource type, location and basic information.
