The Design And Implementation Of Teaching Resources Management System

The research is based on the research of digitizing colleges and universities teaching resources in network environment, which is the Project of Higher Education Instructional Reform in Xichang at the 21 st century. The purpose is to design and implement a set of teaching resources sharing system based on B/ S Mode Interactive Software to improve the efficiency of sharing teaching resources at colleges and universities by resolving sharing difficulties between teachers and students. The system can provide not only individualized self-learning curriculum, but also a collaborative teaching environment that can maximize students’ learning initiative. Also, without limitation of time or space, the communication between students and teachers could be free and coordinate.Using ASP.NET, Ajax and other technology, this paper solved the problem that it was difficult for teachers and students to share resources by implementing the system based on B / S to help teachers and students to communicate through sharing online courseware.This paper mainly achieved the following tasks:① It analyzed status and development trend of teaching resources sharing system domestic and international and pointed out the necessity to carry out this research.② It analyzed the key technologies and framework patterns of online teaching resources sharing system. It researched the.NET technology, MVC pattern and proposed a solution for B/S-based management system using.NET technology.③ It analyzed the needs of functional and non-functional requirement of the whole system according to the actual needs of teaching resources sharing platform of Xichang College. The system is divided into models of user management, school management, materials sharing, online Q&A, notes management, online testing, etc based on the functional requirement.④ Based on the requirement analysis, it designed and realized the teaching resources sharing system of Xichang College. In form of a three-layer structure, the development of infrastructure in the system based on the required functionality is realized. This paper described the main functional modules of the systemic design and implementation.⑤ It tested teaching resources sharing system of Xichang College. Depended on the application of the actual situation, the system was tested at different levels. First, the functional modules of the system was tested, and then using automated testing tools the performance of the system was tested. According to the problems appeared during testing and analysis of test results, corresponding measures for improvement were taken.
