Using Struts tag to display interface improves the development speed and quality of system and makes the system can improve its innovation and usability continually.The teaching resources information management system of Weifang TV university mainly uses the existing resources and advanced development plan of management system to make full use of the existing resources of schools, and reduce the time and financial and material resources in the development process, and improve the level and application effect of the system developing. The system can meet needs of Weifang TV university.and can add, delete and modify teaching resources data according to user’s requirements timely. The teaching resources information management system of Weifang TV university uses J2EE as development environment, whose main function is to manage the teaching resource information. The system function is divided into curriculum construction, construction process, construction plan and application management according to the system requirement analysis.
