Research And Analysis On Purchasing Management System Of Office Supplies Of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau

At present, information technology has been applied to various fields, and play an important role. However, the Guangzhou’s Public Security Bureau also use manual mode to purchase office supplies which is not only inefficient, but also prone to error. In order to solve the defects of the existing model, Guangzhou’s Public Security Bureau decide to promote office supplies business informatization which can improve the efficiency.The thesis uses object oriented method to research and analysis the Office Supplies purchasing Management system. This article introduces the research background and research development of Office Supplies purchasing Management system. In business analysis, the paper analysis the existing problems by activity diagram in the manual mode, and gives a modified business process; In functional analysis, the paper through the case analysis and the use case description, clear the system function, gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the package diagram, including recruitment purchasing plan management, purchase order management, purchase contract management, payment management package diagram; In data analysis, the paper on the system each function of the need to deal with the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, and established the database table structure.At present, the research and analysis of Guangzhou City Public Security Bureau office supplies procurement management system has been completed, the formation of a complete demand program and the analysis scheme, which lays the foundation for the construction of system.
