Research And Analysis On Teachers' Recruitment System In Sanming College

With the arrival of the era of big data and the wide application of computerized information technology, computer science and technology has stepped into various fields of the society and exerted more influences. Currently, organiztions resort to computers when managing finance, personnel and assets etc., and accordingly various management system has been brought into being, which has improved the work efficency in many ways. The new teacher recruitment in our college is mainly conducted mannually. This traditional way of management often comes with its downsides as data missing, incorrect input, inconvenient inquiry and impossibility of resource sharing, which negatively influence the acquisition of information and doesn’t meet the requirements of efficient recruitment. Therefore, it is obviously urgent to realize the systemic informationized and scientific way of management.The present paper introduces the research background, significance and current research and application of Sanming University New Teacher Recruitment System, which also defines the main content and task of the research. In the process of operational analysis, it analyzes the existing problem, organizational structure and the previous operation flow, and the improved version is modeled with the UML activity diagram. In the process of function analysis, in order to define the function of the system, UML Use Case diagram is employed for case study and example description. The UML package diagram presents the general function package as well as subsidary function package, which includes the management of recruiter’s basic information, recruiting plan, application, examination and interview, acknowledgement of employment and the follow-up management after employment. In the process of data analysis, the analytical study goes to the statistics required by different fuctions of the system. UML class diagrams show the conceptional class diagrams(thumbnails) and entity-relationship diagrams, which construct the database structure. A conclusion about the present reseach and analytical work is drawn in the final part, and the outlook of further research is also provided.
