The Study Of Xinjiang Dialect TV Program

This paper is based on the importance of strengthening the soft power in culture and the powerful position of television medium , we can make a conclusion that the television medium is beneficial to the soft power in culture .In today's political,economic and cultural environment, some words like"the soft power in culture""the culture industry""creative industries of culture"turns to be the practical productivity and became the important factor which affects the comprehensive national strength .The backward of culture industry in any countries means that the traditional culture in this country would be threatened by foreign culture ; even more, it can threaten the comprehensive national strength , so the culture industry has been supported strongly by every government. According to《The classification of culture and related industry》,the culture industry of the our country is divided into the core layer of culture industry,the outer layer of culture industry and the related layer of culture industry. Among them the television service belongs to the core layer of culture industry without any doubt, so we can understand the importance of the television media."China has become a great nation in the broadcast movie and TV industry by developing in several years... the broadcast movie and TV industry should be brought into the whole programming to strengthen the comprehensive national strength". (By Wang Tai hua, the chief of The State Broadcasting Film and Television Administration), therefore, the development of the television industry has relation to embody the soft power of culture. Under the socialism market economy system, how to perfect the competition mechanism to television industry and how to survive under the fierce competition in domestic and regional environment today has became the most important problem that the television medium must faces.Xinjiang province is located in western region in china, due to backward economy the television industry has developed slowly for a long time.XJTV-6 is belong to the local TV channel in the television station of Xingjian ,but we can watch more than twenty local TV channels in the Urumqi administration district , therefore how to fight with other competitors for the audience becomes XJTV-6's chief question that concerned with survive and development, so the dialect television program of Xingjian is beneficial and creative try above all kinds of factors. Because the TV channel system already becomes basic management system of television medium in china, the well-managed TV channel is the base of mightiness to the television medium, and then the television industry would be contributed to the soft power of culture.This paper analyzed the general reason that the dialect television playlet appeared. By its characteristic we could make sure this TV program is belonged to television service program, and we can give a definition to it. At the same time this paper applied linguistics and dialectology knowledge to this type of television program and thoroughly analyzed its characteristic .Then I make use of the semiology knowledge to divide the symbol of this type of TV program to three kinds of signs, namely the picture sign, the sound sign and the character sign, and make a study of it in detail. Finally I give some constructive advice to the development of the dialect television playlet of Xingjiang.
