Design And Implementation Of The System Of Examination Paper Retrieval Based On Keywords

Examination plays a very important role in teaching process. It reflects the quality of teaching and is an important way to assess it. Through the analysis of the papers, we can not only acknowledge the progress of students’learning but also to find the weak link in teaching process. Meanwhile, it can reveal the problems that may occur in the designing and generating the test paper. It has an instructing meaning to evaluation of teaching and standardizing of the test paper. With the expansion of high education, the quantity of students and test papers expands too. This requires a higher standard for both the management and retrieval of test papers.The retrieval of test papers used to be completed by hand work and the process is very complicated. The retrieval cycle is long and easy to produce false in the process. As the increasing of the test papers and grades produced by the process of exam, the data increases constantly. Under this circumstance, a professional system is needed to use the specified retrieval and analyzing system to do the data processing.To serve this purpose, this thesis designs the "paper analyzing system based on the key words". Firstly, it studies the relevant theories about the retrieval system of test papers. Secondly, it analyzes the relevant techniques of the system. It then analyzes the function, performance and the need of data to design the system architecture, system function and text database. At last, it analyzes the performance of the system and the way to improve the system.The system architecture mentioned in the paper is based on the B/S mode, it’s a part of the Academic management system. It stores and can retrieve the papers designed by teachers. The reverse index and traversal files is the main approach to develop the system. Through this system, it retrieves by key word and gets the aim document.From the angle of text retrieving, this system aims to get better analysis of the typical test paper through retrieving documents by key word.
