Research And Analysis On The New Service Management System Of Yichun College

With the enrollment increasing dramatically in Yichun University, and about5000new students flowing into the campus in each fall, it has brought great challenges to the whole school year. Both the traditional manual transcriptions and the model of artificial searching freshman have been unable to meet the existing scale of enrollment. It becomes crucial for the orientation affairs how to speed up the registration and lodging in the limited time and using minimal resources. Therefore the development of the enrollment system based on Internet is not only urgent priority of the University, but also inevitable trend of the development of digital campus.The purpose of this thesis is to present the situation through the investigation of Yichun University on the enrolling work and hunting for the existing problems in the work. Combining with the actual needs of the college and analysis, we can construct the orientation affairs management system based on the B/S. The author used the idea of object oriented technology and unified modeling technology of UML to model the system demand. The author began to state the existed business procedure, reengineering business procedure and then analysis the system function requirement and data requirement in the whole orientation affairs of the University. All aspects of the business procedure were described the new work by the lane diagram. Next, based on the principle of practicability, sharing and value, and combined on the school management, reengineering business procedure was rectified the existed problem in the existed business procedure and then made it optimizing. The system functional requirements were described by using case from top to bottom layer by layer. The author made the use of the package diagrams to show the structure of the system and established the concept class diagrams to describe the system for data demand, finally, the author established a database table on the basis of database normalization theory and showed the outlook in the future.
