Research And Develop On Production Management System For Re-configuration

Combined with the national innovation fund project 'Manufacturing-oriented Supply Chain Management System', this dissertation researched into the theory and mechanism of re-configuration of production management system, and also developed and researched parts of function unit in production management system (PMS).Chapter 1, the development of management software is summarized firstly from two aspect of information technology and management philosophy, then pointed out the key of the implementation of management software lies on re-configurable technology. At last the structure and content of this dissertation are interpretedChapters 2, on the basis of discussing basic concept of re-configuration, the contents of re-configurable management information system are interpreted. Then some implementing re-configuration key technology such as COM/DCOM, CORBA, workflow technology are introduced.Chapters, after general analysis of production management system and description of the requirement of supported re-configuration PMS, a system frame of supported-reconfiguration PMS is presented. Then under the supported re-configuration philosophy, the common function models (including basic data, production schedule, production process management, workshop management) are designed.Chapter 4 focused on the integration and generalization of databases, the key entity databases are designed and analyzed in detail. Then implemented function unit of BOM backward query and BOM query and creating tree.Chapter 5, on the device of hierarchy controlling, production process is managed by two accounts. And designed parts-account and working procedure account in detail. At last gave out the implementation of lacking material bill creating and parts state querying function unitChapter 6, on the basis of the system frame of supported re-configuration PMS presented in chapter 3, the implementation mechanism of re-configurable PMS is discussed on re-development of function unit, business process reengineering, integration of different system, function reengineering etc, and function registering mechanism and function reengineering technology is analyzed in detail.Chapter 7 summarized the work of this dissertation and some shortcomings and future work are also sketched out.
