Research And Analysis On Student 's Management System

The article introduces the research background of students’ registration management system for vocational schools, its significance, the current research and application status. It makes it clear its research content and main work. In the busyness analysis, the article analyzes the existing problems, the organization structure, the original business processes and so on. And it gives the reconstructive business process. In the functional analysis, according to the business requirements, firstly it gives the participant roles using this system and its responsibilities and functions. Then it clears the system function by analyzing and describing with examples, giving its overall function package diagram and subroutine package diagram including students’status management, score management, graduation management, search management and the management of students changes. In the data analysis, the article analyzes the data that different system functions must handle, giving its entity class diagram and all kinds of sub-function thumbnail images.
