Research And Analysis On Management Information System Of Retired Personnel In Minxi Prison

Under the great development of technology and social economy, the team of retired cadres is expanding constantly and the aging society is coming entirely.Thus, the problem about the retired personnel management which has been ignored for a longtime may now be treated with the seriousness it deserves, government at all levels start researching and developing it.But with the backward management mode, the only five workers of the Minxi Prison who are responsible to those retired people feel too helpless and exhausted to have time to improve their professional abilities and service levels.This paper introduces Fujian province Minxi Prison retired personnel management information system research background, significance and current status of research and application; define the main work of paper content. In business analysis, the paper explores the existing problems in the system, the organization, the original business process. The business process after reform is given. In functional analysis, the paper conducts case analysis and case description, so as to explain the function of the system.
