Research And Analysis On Cadre Management Information System Of Lijiang City

Information age has affected all aspects of our society so as the area of cadre information management. It also needs to meet the demands of the information age. In Lijiang, it is currently based on traditional file management which is inefficient and unable to adapt to the efficient and precise requirements of modern society. This paper mainly researches and analyses Lijiang Cadre Management Information System. It will be the basis of promoting the implementation of Lijiang cadre management. First, this paper analyses the existing information systems and current situations of similar researches and applications. And then states the background of this research and the significance of this project. Based on them, it specifies the content and the main thesis of the work.The main contents of this thesis are business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. The first part is business analysis. The original business processes are analyzed and the problems of existing systems are pointed out. Then the optimized business processes are suggested. This is the base of new system. The second part is function analysis which mainly includes case analysis, case descriptions, overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of Lijiang Cadre Management Information System. The third part is data analysis. In this part, the paper specifies the entity class diagram and establishes the database table structure by analyzing the data which need to be deal with the various functions of Lijiang Cadre Management Information System.Finally, the research and analysis work are summarized, and further work is prospected.
