Research And Analysis On Library Borrowing Management System Of Jiangxi Tourism Business College

With the development of Jiangxi Tourism&Commerce Vocational College(In the following,it is called Tourism&Commerce College),the scale of Tourism&Commerce College’s library is also expanding, and its function and the management mechanism is facing new challenges. As an essential position for higher education, university library plays an important role in teaching management of colleges and universities. In the construction of library management system, the good construction of books lending system is a key component of the evaluating library books management.This paper firstly introduces the researching background and significance of Jiangxi Tourism&Commerce Vocational College library’s management system. Then, it elaborates the current library lending and management process in detail by a swimming lane chart,analyzes the problems and put forward the reform of business process. This paper stars with the general demand of library lending system, and it makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the system’s whole process and completed function’s design process. According to the practical needs of the teachers and students in our college, it has planned the overall frame structure of library lending system and designed practical library lending system.
