Research And Design Of Arrangement System Of Andrews Platform Based On User Experience

Under the rapid development and popularization of mobile internet, the user attaches greater importance to the interactive experience brought by mobile products, which are rated by users with practicality, convenience, friendliness, and aesthetics. A lot of restaurants use the ordering system based on the tablet operation to improve the management mode, provide better service and gain more economic returns. However, there are many problems and weaknesses in the ordering system, which would lead a loss of customers for a bad dining experience. Therefore, this thesis will make an analysis from the requirements of users. According to Jesse James Garrett’s user experience design model, a research is carried out on the aspects of strategy, range, structure, frame and expression of ordering system. And then a design plan of ordering system on the basis of user experience is proposed by the definition of product target, functional demand, information dividing, interface alteration, and expression methods. The thesis completes an overall design of ordering systems in line with C/S structure through an extensive use of technical methods, such as Web Service, Socket Communication, Thread Pool, Local Cache and MVC Frame. The thesis, with users at its core, makes the functions of clients and data transmission in ordering system applicable. At last, the performance test and practical application has proved that the ordering system could satisfy the needs of most customers and the user-centered design approach could indeed play a guiding role in raising customers’ satisfaction to certain products.
