Meanwhiles,our country input more and more in the agricultural informatizationd and modernization,which can be found in the Central NO.1File. Greenhouses appear in the promotion of more than ten years, and the intelligent greenhouses also come out into people’s field of vision in recent years,which relative to greenhouses could save water, save fertilizer that damaging the environment and soil. In the meantime,the precise and intelligently could control the environment factors in plant growth,which can bring more crops for farmers to increase their income.However, intelligent greenhouses disadvantage is the high cost high requirements for operation, which has led to lots of farmers can’t enjoy the technology.After Google and the open mobile alliance announced the Android platform, which smart mobile devices based on quickly occupied the market on mobile intelligent because of its low price, easy operation and high ratio of price advantage. At the same time, with the aid of this good, a large number of people can’t use before technology is rapidly spreading.It also makes a lot of Android platform’s APP into people’s work and life.From the development of the APP, a lot of big manufacturers get rich reward, and consumers also enjoy more superior service experience.Under the condition of the benefit of both parties, based on the Android system of smart mobile devices has been deep into the farmer’s life.In allusion to the above two points, this paper design Routine Measurement and Control System for Greenhouse Environmental Factors Based on the Android Platform which main purpose is divided into two aspects:first is to reduce the cost of farmers in the production process, to let them get more returns by lower price, so they can create a better life;the second is to promote intelligent greenhouses,now the development of technology’s speed relies on the growing demand.only the increasing of farmers’ demand for intelligent greenhouses technology could promote the continuous development of our country and let more scientific research institutes and related manufacturers lucubrate.In order to the system’s purpse.First of all is the discussion for cooperation pattern between manufacturer and farmers, only the price advantage coule promote farmers’ demand for current agricultural informatizationd and modernization.Therefore, this article through the data analysis, and put forward two plans:the enterprise advances the government subsidies for farmers or the entire construction cost.After establishing the scheme, in this paper, the system platform make needs analysis for the client and the server platform..Because the system’s goal is make easy operation for farmers, so the client based on the Android platform were introducted detailedly, and according that design and implementate the system.Which content mainly include the farmer registration/login module implementation, information quering module implementation, the environmental factors control module implementation and the system settings module implementation,that can be based on by farmers to control and manager intelligent greenhouses.
