Basic information management for reimbursement person achieve the administrator to maintenance accounts of employees, manage staff information additions and deletions, change and search. The staff can maintain own account, run entrust reimbursement and function of temporary authorization. Entry application realize employee to submit the loan application, reimbursement application and reimbursement application. Submission and approval of documents can realize application of leaders’approval documents, audit management works on financial personnel who to carry out an audit for Loan list, Reimbursement and Repayment list.
