Research And Analysis On Financial Reimbursement System Of Electric Power Company

The traditional financial reimbursement mode has many disadvantages, such as low efficiency, lots of waste paper, the cumbersome approval process andthe long cycle which influences subsequent related work. These problems force enterprises to reform, by means of the establishment of information system of the Internet, to reduce the error rate of manual handling, to improve the efficiency of financial management, to provide convenient and efficient service to all staff.This paper introduces the background of the financial reimbursement system, the researchesof similar systems and their application status, the content and main work of the paper.In the business analysis, according to the relevant personnel and departments involved, the original business processesare the travel application process, the loan application process, the loan return process,the reimbursement process, and the budget management process.The next are five reengineering analyses of the five processes.In the functional analysis, there’re four kinds of roles involved,department staff, department leader, financial officers and administrators.The case analysis and package diagram according to the analysis of the four roles are given.In the data analysis, the data of each function which need to be processed are analyzed.And the entity class diagram is given.The database table structure is established.Finally, this paper made a summary of the design and development and prospects.The financial reimbursement system is to make the financial managementinformational and concise, to improve the staffs working efficiency, to reduce the tedious checking time, to comb the daily financial management.It plays a positive role in promoting the overall management level of the financial management.
