Research On ERP System Implementation Based On Project Management

Twenty first century is an age of internet and informatization.To achieve long-run,steady and rapid development, enterprises should integrate their inner management with ERP to get resources fully used,reducecost and deliver on time.Weak enterprise management ability, low informatization and unqualified workers resulted in unreal informatization construction. But whether from the aspect of production,service and selling of product or core competitiveness of industry, enterprisescan not adapt to requirement of the market if transformation is not performed-Nowadays ERP gradually develops into one effective factor of Enterprise Development Strategy,bringing ERP into enterprises is the only way to improve their core competitiveness.As a systematic program, ERP has characteristics of high-technology resource-consumed, high-risk and poor foreseeability. After studying into application and result of ERP system, we can find out management ability of ERP systemdetermines fate of the project.Only adoption of advanced management experience, management method and technology,at the same time,cooperating with ERP management system effectively, service can be delivered to enterprisesat the greatest extent.So study into ERP management ability can effectively improve healthy development of enterprises.This thesis describes related research theory of ERP system and analyzes ERP system application of domestic enterprises, then summaries risk and problems of system implementation process.Based onproject management related theory, bring in management theory and come up with a feasible implementation method and discuss impact and influence of project management on ERP system implementation.Through design and implementation of CPMS, improve project management ability of workers.This thesisaims to improve project management ability, increase ERP system application success rate throughintegrating implementation theory and implementation management tool.
