The main function of management information systems, including research progress, locusts distribution, locusts occurred, the locust situation in Northeast Asia migratory locust research. Information system will collect all kinds of information in the local production of the northeastern region of locusts, mainly including location happen, happens, locusts manage the new research progress, grasshopper species and regional distribution, identification, the latest research results and other locusts.Management Information System based on domestic food production safety and the actual situation of agricultural information service system for locust provide objective information management needs of all types of users, through the network for our production and management personnel as well as agricultural colleges, research institutes study offers researchers comprehensive and timely information on grasshoppers in the Northeast, the promotion of plant protection knowledge to guide locust hazard prevention and control, strengthen farmers’ use of information in terms of agriculture, promotion of agricultural information has important significance.
