The administration mode of enterprise has changed into digital management since 21th century.Digitalization,computerization,information for enterprise have become irreplaceable methods of capital operation.We could fundamentally make the digital management come true only by modern information technology,and then make the enterprise obtain maximal benefit of funds and profit finally.The establishment of information management for production,is very important in survival&development of enterprise and improvement of Competitiveness.In this article,based on the technical development summarization on Information Management System of domestic&abroad Iron and steel enterprises,the Production Information Management system for Coking plant of Benxi Iron&Steel(Group)C.o.,Ltd was in research&development.It elucidates the character of System architecture of Production Information Management system,investigates and analyzes the organization of the Coking plant's production.Proposes the task of Production Information Management for the Coking plant,shows the association diagram of Production Information for the Coking plant of Benxi Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd,Studies the system requirements for the Production Information management system according to the actual production situation.identifies the five main system functions,such as login,user,production plan,statistical analysis,announcement etc.Meanwhile,it also analyzes the system performance requirement and security requirement,stipulates the system design constraint.The distributed structure is adopted in the design of system hardware structure,which is good generality,simple structure and easy expansion.We choose Visual 2010 for software development and SQLSEVER as the database system,to accomplish the software development and debugging of the Production Information Management system for the Coking plant of Benxi Iron&Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.After more than one year's actual production operation,it attained good application effect.It guarantees improving the level of production management,reducing power consumption and putting up productivity.
