MIPI (mobile industry processor interface) contains a set of protocols and standards, which can meet requirements of the image system, storage system, the wireless system, power management and low bandwidth. CMOS image sensor is a very good matching product. CMOS image sensor and the image system are integrated on a chip, which has a small volume, light weight, low power consumption, easy programming, easy controlling, etc.Papers selected a3Mega Pixel camera, which take the MIPI interface of CMOS camera and can replace the camera of traditional parallel interface. Through the camera’s hardware circuit design, debug the software application, and analysis the waveform of camera signal; Image testing data shows that the performance of the product and high speed transmission.Paper also states the back-side-illuminance CMOS image sensor, We have a test it with SNR under low illuminance. According to comparing with traditional FSI camera, now the BSI CMOS camera is betterBased on the research of the CMOS digital sensor and according to the principle of CMOS, we can apply the key design, a CMOS camera and circuit design of DSP as the core of the research and successfully display on the computer screen with image picture. The signal contrast and a series of data show that MIPI CMOS is better under low illumination and faster than parallel transmission of the data, data volume is larger and higher bandwidth. Anti-jamming is strong and lower cost, is a kind of DDR an LVDS transmission at a high speed.Paper’s result is that the MIPI interface of CMOS camera can save the enterprise cost, convenient and simplify the wiring of hardware engineer, improve the efficiency of the camera module and has improved the profits of enterprise product and quality.
