With the arrival of the information age of the21st century, applications of information transfer such as the Internet,3G communication,increasingly larger scale and more complex. Due to the advantages of optical fiber communication including large capacity bandwidth, high speed, confidentiality, reliability, distance transmission, demand of the fiber resource is also increasing. in the case of large-scale fiber-optic network applications,how to more efficiently manage fiber resources, how to play to the advantages and efficient use of optical fiber resources, management of mobile communications has become an important issue.In this thesis, through the analysis of the situation and the problems of the existing fiber management system, proposed RFID-based fiber-optic project management model to solve the existing problems.For staff,the management model could reduce labor complexity, improve labor efficiency and assess accuratly. For things,the management model could do full supervision of project from design to construction, timely and accurately interact with data. So the efficiency of the management of the entire system wil be improved.According to the integration of RFID technology, cloud computing technology, Android developers,this thesis has designed communication architecture of system, divided into functional modules, focused on the design of the intelligent electronic menu which is the core of the system. The intelligent electronic menu as a bridge to connect the front-end construction workers and the back-end database, is an important role for data exchange.This thesis aims as RFID applications in the field of management to provide a reference for the RFID technology in optical fiber research and application of project management to solve the actual problem, in reality.
