Research And Implementation Of The Collaborative Project Management Platform Based On Cloud Computing

With the development of society and technology, the cross and integration between the various disciplines are more and more and the relationship between subject and subject are more closely, which makes the study refer to a growing number of research projects in differe nt fields of study agencies to research project together. The rural basic health program is such a research project which is conducted by a number of different areas from research institutions. The full name of the project is "the rural basic health key technology research and demonstration". It is difficult to manage the project because of the many participants in the project and the distribution of the participating units. There are a number of collaborative softwares on the market today, but they do not meet the needs of the rural health research management.In order to manage the project collaboratively, this paper firstly studies the theory about Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), then identifies the collaborative mechanisms of the collaborative project management platform and analyzes the collaborative activity model of the collaborative project management platform. In the realization of the system, the J2EE technology satisfies the system requirements on security, so we use J2EE to implements the collaborative project management platform. As the function module of the system are more, this web design topics draw large physical separation of thinking, the various functions of the system of decentralized deployed on different servers to ensure the safety and stability of the system. If a function module is deployed on a single physical server, will cause great waste of resources and the status of each server cannot be real-time monitoring. The rise of cloud computing technology provides a solution for the flexible deployment of the system. The contents of this paper follow the current development trend of CSCW and cloud computing technologies, the collaborative project management platform solved the management problems of the rural basic medical and health management programs. Meanwhile, this paper also provides a good example of combination between CSCW technology and cloud computing technology, which has a certain theoretical value and practical value.
