| In2013, nearly30overseas copyright reality shows will come to China,meaning that "The Reality TV" will undoubtedly play an important role in the television industry of this year. As the first successful case in this regard of introduced pattern of the reality TV show which is strictly in accordance with the programming manual,"China’s GotTalent" has been going on for four years, along with the decline in ratings. Because the trajectory of the development of the reality TV shows are universal, TV workers and researchers are supposed to re-examine all aspects of the local production process of the program.This researchreportis considered to give a case-by-case analysis to the fourth season of "China’s GotTalent", using research methodologies such as case studies, literature research, interviews. It’s expected to identify problems of this program from the choice of player the set of judges, as well as camera shooting and editing, and put forward the strategies to optimize the local production of talent shows.
