OA system has laid a good foundation for the promotion of other small and medium enterprises.Although the design, because of my limited ability and time, but the system still exist some shortcomings, which are as follows:(1) OA system is not enough about the knowledge management, such as increasing the number of production and sales experience, as well as corporate culture and downloaded commonly used tools.(2) The workflow of office in the OA system can not be defined by users and not enough flexibility.(3) Some functional modules in the OA system are also need rely on third-party plug-ins and affect business investment and the security of the system to some extent.
