Technology changes life,meanwhile,it also changes the media form of thecommunication of news.From the media based on paper to the tv and network,everyinnovation of technology change the media form of the communication of news,it alsocultivate their own audiance.Nowdays,mobile network is about to get moremature,mobile final devise become more popular,QR(Quick Response)code as a newinformation carrier, in this context turned out, boarded the stage of history in the fieldof journalism and communication.In2006,China Mobile has tried to lead the QR code in China.And as aninformation carrier, QR code used in the paper media have long been not news.In theMarch1,2005,"Beijing Evening News" in its layout pioneered the use of QR codeunis launch technology to do news reports.Subsequently, the "Beijing News","Metropolis Daily","Huaxi Dushi News","Changjiang Daily" and many otherpaper-based media have begun to try to use QR code technology to create their own"three-dimensional newspaper."Currently, As traditional media and new mediaconvergence,QR code technology has not a patented to print media, television,Internet and other media have also adoption QR code, trying to build a more solid,more comprehensive, more targeted, and more coverage large media systems.Now years later, how it the news-two-dimensional code-the mobile terminalsaudience method works?From a practical point of view, the two-dimensional codedoes play its role in the dissemination,even some medias also launched a morefeature-rich independent research and development and has independent intellectualproperty rights of mobile two-dimensional code products.But on the whole, the effectof the two-dimensional code in the application and dissemination of news in the fielddid not meet expectations of experts and scholars.There are still many problems of thetwo-dimensional code in the application areas of our news media.There both as amedia communicators reasons, there are also reasons as receivers of the audience, ofcourse, there is also some of the constraints of objective factors.On this basis, the paper through case analysis and document analysis oftwo-dimensional code in our news media application status and problemssystematically expounded,and gives the own analysis of the reason of the problem.Ifthe two-dimensional code want to play in the news media a greater role in their own,it need the media, network operators and hardware support, audience recognition, government support, and many otherefforts.This article is intended by describing two-dimensional code application inChina in the news media, Analysis the deficiencies and problems of two-dimensionalcode that exist in the dissemination of information, and put forward their ownrationalization proposals, initiate, to contribute to the theoretical study of mediaconvergence.
