With the maturity of the wireless network technology, mobile e-commerce has been development rapidly, the application of two-dimensional code technology, makes the characteristics of mobile e-business that anytime and anywhere, rich interaction and rapid and convenient more highlights. In order to promote the further developmen of two-dimensional code based on the mobile phone in mobile e-commerce, some problems that factors affecting consumer adoption mobile two-dimensional code, mobile two-dimensional code standard management, the enterprise application mobile two-dimensional code and mobile two-dimensional code service platform service quality needs to explore.In this paper, after introducing the in-depth study of mobile e-commerce and application status of two-dimensional code, analyzing the theories of technology acceptance model and rational behavior, an influence factors theory framework in using two-dimensional code is proposed. Through collecting sample data by the questionnaire survey, analysising these data using SPSS, fitting the model and testing the hypothesis using Amos, a influence factors model that consumers adopt two-dimensional code is established, which based on structural equation modeling. Then, aiming at the problems of two-dimensional code application in China, the infrastructure, national register and analytical platform of two-dimensional code were introduced. The developing ideas are proposed after analyzing the two-dimensional code application state of Hebei enterprises. Finally, the quality of service which belongs to the factors that impact the consumer to adopt the two-dimensional code is analyzed. Based on the national two-dimensional code register and analytical platform, some suggestions are proposed to ensure the quality of service.The established influence factors model that consumers adopt two-dimensional code the application of Enterprise two-dimensional code development idea,, based on the service platform of third-party two-dimensional code service quality improvement program, all of these are designed to solve the key issues in the mobile phone application and management of two-dimensional code to explore feasible solutions.
