With the further development of our national economy and overall strength. Eminent national education has become a hot topic to the country and the whole society.Therefore, the publication of Learning Aids becomes the hottest industry in China’s books publishing markets.Learning Aids publishing has attracted more and more book publishers and other producers who identified by this opportunity.intensifying competition between them has been made.Faced with so many competitors,the pressure of Learning Aids publisher grows rapidly.Surviving in the high-value industry,it is necessary for the publishers to enhance their own capacities.Nowadays some Learning Aids publishing agency knows this well and takes advantage of the neo-media technical innovation,develops their comprehensive capacities of all aspects.This increases high value.At present there is no sayings about value-adding of Learning Aids books in both academia and book market.however.the foundation and conditions for putting forward this idea are available.This paper will do a research on the Learning Aids books’value-adding actions and methods through analysis on Learing Aids market,then makes generalizations.The paper is composed of5chapter.The first chapter is the introduction/this chapter is the theoretical basement and the research methods of this paper,it talks about the paper’s research background, the achievements in this field.study subjects, core content with auxiliary material.The second chapter introduces the concepts of neo-media and Learning Aids publishing and makes a review about their developments,this chapter talks about the characters and evolution of the Learing Aids publishing markets with the influence of neo-media.The third chapter raises the concept of value-adding and relating value chain theory,and defines the research field of Learning Aids publishing value-adding integrating with the neo-media environment.Section Four and Section Five are the crucial parts of this essay.
