| With the increase in business volume, how fast and accurately to transfer, categorize, and analyze the business data was becoming a top priority. According to the different needs of consumers, CPIC introduced more differentiated products, sales channels and regional strategy for strategic transformation to customer demand-oriented implementation. Complex business caused to repeat the calculation of the same index by different business systems, and because it was difficult to judge the accuracy of the data in calculating different, resulting in actuary cannot analyze effectively various sales targets and the preservation of data. Therefore, the urgent need was to build an actuary acquisition system, in order to solve the timeliness, accuracy of statistical corporate sales and preservation of data. With the system the actuary could provide a more accurate analysis of the data and design the optimal product and sales programs.The thesis began with a discussion about current situation and problems of the business system CPIC and shows the necessary of the development of actuarial data collecting system based on Cognos. On that basis, the article analyzes the requirements of the system which include premium collection, data display and warning indicators and statistical analysis of the same caliber. Author introduced by Cognos to build a multidimensional data model, using the Cognos front-end display tool to design the actuary acquisition report display subsystem. The paper focused on how to use Cognos tools based on multidimensional data model of section, from different dimensions, rotation and drilling have different statements to meet business needs. Finally, a summary of system design is provided and the shortage and scalability of the system is analyzed and discussed. |
