With the rapid development of economy and society, the incidents in the world occur at any time anywhere. In the past ten years, China has encountered a series of mass incidents, such as the SARS epidemic,"WenChuan Earthquake","WenZhou CRH Accident". These incidents not only affected to China’s economic development, but also caused a lot of people died, and showed great ignorance to the public interest and their health. The happened incidents can be spread and diffusion in the large area in a very short time on today’s Information Age. Due to the misunderstanding and rumors, people will be easily fear, anger, and so on, and these emotions easily cause social unrest element, and it will take the social to uncontrolled status. With the support of NSFC, our research team had finished the research of emergency network information cognitive reaction with the brain psychological mechanism model. This model can help people to understand the psychology and physiology of t-he emergency network information cognitive reaction, and to better management and deal with emergencies. In order to further exploring brain psychological mechanism of brain function activities physiological basis, the research team used the f MRI brain imaging technology to the above problems which related to the experimental research, we can observe the brain for psychological mechanism by changing the outside stimulation signal brain activity. In this background, I will use the Swarm platform’s Agent to model and simulate the emergency emotion recognition brain psychological mechanism, and I hope my research can be helpful to the emergency network information cognitive reaction with the brain psychological mechanism. This paper is the National Natural Science Fund2009major research plan cultivation project (No.90924013) of "Unconventional Emergencies Cognitive Model of Network Information Propagation law and early warning mechanism research".
