As the development of technologies in recent years, the researches of brain cognition function are also developing. To establish the full-scale of brain images and to completely find the secret of brain function are extremely interesting projects.Our work was supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province Education Hall, P. R. China (Grant No. 04KJB310126).Based on the research of lie detection,I design our brain cognition software research platform with utilizing the infrared sensor, collecting otopoint signals, and analyzing lie detection signals with the improved algorithm of wavelet transform. In this platform I also do our experiments such as the mental rotation brain fatigue test, the medical inducement tests with calcium tablet and medlar, and the mobile phone radiation test. At last, we implement the wavelet-based lie detection in ARM micro-system for studing brain cognitive data.The finished experiments proved that: 1) the wavelet algorithm is better than the auto-correlation algorithm in lie detection signatures; 2) the cognitive brain fatigue test waves follow the maximum value rule with one front peak plus tails; 3) Calcium tablet can strength the ability of brain memory; 4) Medlar can make male brain nerves to excite gently, but for female to have no effect; 5) the positive correlation and negative correlation rules exist between the mobile phone radiation and responding brain cognitive ability; and 6) the lie detection validity can touch up to 86.5 percent for ARM micro-system platform.
