HCI (human computer interaction) is an important information technology in the 21st century. As a focus in the IT industry competition, HCI is a key technology to research all over the world. Emotion computation and artificial intelligence are not only a new aspect that has received growing interest in harmonious human-computer interactive and artificial intelligence field, but also a new multi-disciplinary intersection of mathematics, information science, intelligent science, nerve science, physiology and psychology etc.Based on the theory of artificial intelligence and artificial psychology, this thesis launched an exploratory research on the methods and technologies of human-computer emotion interaction, such as emotion model building, anthropopathic emotion expression and a series of core issues. In this thesis, study and building the emotion model of artificial psychological are the main research content. Through the human-computer emotion interactive hardware and software research platform establishment, mathematical simulation and programming, the human emotions, feelings change process and the corresponding behaviors are simulated to achieve a better harmonious human-computer interaction, and then establish a theoretical foundation on personal robot application.The points and main contributions of this thesis include:(1)Emotion model is considered as a key part for realizing a more effective human-computer interaction through effecting users'emotion. It is based on the understanding and expression of natural emotional, and is an important research aspect on emotion computation and artificial psychological. This thesis presented the emotional energy's composition and effects on the emotional changes. The emotional energy make up of outside stimulation and the ability of inside drive force. Using differential equation modeling method, the thesis presented an emotion computing model based on artificial psychological ,studied the trend of dynamic emotional changing process.(2) By using the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to identify facial expressions, this thesis described emotion changes probability output. When take the greater or lesser probability output value, the cumulative computation results may be beyond the scope of the computer floating point numbers, and bring upper and lower overflow problems. In this paper, a method to calculate the scale factor by computer automatically is presented and derived, in order to solve the problem of overflow. The improved HMM and invariant moments and Fisher linear discriminant analysis are used to resolve facial expression recognition. The results show that automatic calculation of the scale factor reduces the error rate, improves the accuracy, and liberates people from the training on calculation.(3) A new emotion model based on Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) is presented. Through the analysis of emotional impact based on Psychology, FCM is used to describe the emotional transferring stimulated process, and corresponding algorithm are establish. Based on the above emotion models, this research used mathematical simulation software MATLAB to build a simulation platform, and studied further the rule of FCM emotion model changes, and gave a reasonable explanation for relative simulation curve and simulation results from a psychological sense. Using associated weights method, the model which can compose many fuzzy cognitive maps and derive new FCM is described. This research also put the emotion model based on FCM into a shopping guide system in a flower sales website as practice, to the realize the emotional interaction with the customers. This practice expressed the intelligent, and made exploratory contribution in the field of using harmonious human-computer interaction technology in Agriculture , and new services building in rural areas.(4) In order to achieve better human-computer interaction, based on the analysis of virtual reality technology, face third dimension modeling techniques, this thesis presents an emotion virtual human system structure, which takes Facial Expression Synthesis as the main task. This paper improved the efficiency of Dirichlet free deformation algorithm, established corresponding expression Synthesis System based on FACS and MPEG-4.Based on the above various algorithms and models, an anthropopathic network-type information consultation system is built, the correctness and validity of theses models are proved. Compared with other information consultation service system, this one is more intelligent and anthropopathic.
