A Study On The Propagation Behavior Of 80 Homosexual Groups In Xi'an

Fear and mistrust are derived from the ignorant of the unknown things we never heard, the part of the reason that people can’t accept homosexual community comes from the missing of systematized study, people know seldom of homosexual. Homosexual studies have nearly hundred years of history in abroad, but only about30years in China. The Chinese understanding of homosexual community in these years improved from strange to familair, and our scholar have already taken the first step. But for the random people, most of them still in a novelty situation on this issue. Starting from collecting relevant research literature, the author combed the Chinese and foreign scholars on the research of the homosexual community, the way of understanding is also a process of recognition. So far, Chinese scholar has made some achievements on the objective existence of this group, the rationality of the existence and to explore the social group identity in the research of predecessors. With the help of scientific theories that lots of questions have been solved, but how does this concealed comunity’s real interpersonal communication works, still be a question for us. In heterosexual mainstream society, people inevitably with the subjective bias, for a large number of people, the homosexual community is only a completely opposite heterosexual that as different from their own dominant faction, but the truth in this study presents the negative stereotypes that different from the social stereotypes.This paper has taken the theoretical framework and research achievement of communication study and sociology as the main support. Through the communication between individual to individual behavior, and the communication between the individual and group behavior, the researcher try to study this issue by these two options. Shaanxi xi’an80gay groups is the reseach object, most of these young people has finished their high education from school and get a job for several years, some of them are already over thirty, the family pressure of marrige become a hard problem for them. Whether to ignore all these troditional concept and questioning eyes only bethemselves or to sacrifice their own happiness and be a oridinary people, that is hard to chose. The inner struggle motivate them to find someone else in their community, they can see from the eyes of others own situation to weigh the pros and cons, they keep their social relationships running normally with the white camouflage, when they need imotional support they got homosexual friends and those who can understand them. In general, this community has been out of the adolescent ignorant and rebellious, have been completed the self-identification, and has its relatively stable group of friends.This paper using field reseach、interview and questionnaire survey to study homosexual community’s communication behavior and characteristics. In this research, the researcher try to find out how does this community maintain their social relationship within a intended age stage, and how do they cope with difficult situation. The homosexual community give the society more space to think and introspection, and at the same time, our society should take some positive treasure to them in order to make our living world more harmony.
