As the online shopping grows rapidly both in scale and mode and the number of online shopping customers skyrockets because of the vibrant development of e-business, many software companies are joining in the e-business industry. Both the B2B mode at the begining and the C2C and B2C modes are mature and profitable. In2013, Taobao has achieved a turnover of more than35billion on November11th; Jingdong has its own fully-developed e-business system; Suning and Guomei has earned its own good public praise in online home appliance sale. On the whole, online business has stepped into a perfervid competitive period.Upon such background, this article aim to discuss a new way of payment to avoid the online congestion. It based on the020mode, which combines online payment and offline payment together to convenient the customers. Specifically, it uses the chain-agent mode-set one chain agency in a district for the surrounding real shops and then build a integrated online platform for them. In this way, people could pay bills, book tickets and do the daily jobs in the nearby agency, which avoids the congestion online and also helps those who cannot use internet.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the system function, technical framework, analysis of the key technology, design of the data structure, ordering process, transaction flow, refund process, the realization of the system, amendment of the MD5encryption algorithm to ensure the account safety, database structure and the emergency plan.
