Abstract:In recent years, the concept of intelligence city construction is becoming a new model for future development of the city, and it is widespread concerned in society. Currently, the construction of intelligence city has been written over the government "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". The city of Qingdao has used advanced information technology to carry out the construction of intelligence city information system, and has basically built a mobile e-government system, the central city of intelligent transportation systems, smart grid, smart security facilities, intelligent environmental monitoring, digital medical, wireless electronic community and other demonstration projects. But because these information systems are based on Web, and the using time and place are constrained to give the users a lot of inconvenience for business. The occurrence of the mobile terminal application software is to a certain extent to meet the application requirements of various industries end-user, since these information systems are for specific industries and they have lacks of comprehensiveness, they needs users who conduct a comprehensive business to install multiple system applications to access different systems in order to obtain various types of information. The way which users integrate all types of information has greatly reduced the efficiency of the business process.Design and implementation of Qingdao integrated query convenient information service platform based on android platform can provide intelligence city information services, including users with convenient services, Qingdao bus, mobile services, wireless broadband, news, online business, and more settings. The system uses android technology, mobile positioning technology, system integration technology, J2EE technology and other advanced technologies; it uses UML use case diagram to describe the system functional requirements in detail. On the basis of the requirements analysis, the paper carries out the design of the system, including system architecture design, detailed design, data integration Design and database design. Among them, detailed design is from the perspective of both client and server to clarify the main design elements, it gives each functional module specific class diagram and sequence diagram; database design focuses on the detailed design process of database system, it identifies the main data table of the system, the relation with each data table and the specific structure of the data table; On the basis of the system design, the paper carries out the achievement of the system, the system uses JAVA programming language to develop, the paper gives specific implementation codes and interface display of the main functions. In order to detect problems and errors of the system timely, the paper also carries out system testing under Mi3 environment, and gives the main test content and summary analysis of test.The building of Qingdao integrated query convenient information service platform is able to make users to have timely access to comprehensive information on city services, and it will make people’s lives easier and better, also it can have a strong impetus to the pace of Qingdao intelligence information construction, and achieve a real sense of intelligent cities.
