Mobile terminal system is mainly about the collection of multimedia technology, network communication technology, positioning technology, and the Android UI components; Server system to integrate the Struts2, the MySQL database, mobile terminal system communicate with the server through the wireless.In the thesis, first of all, the current alarm platform are briefly analyzed and compared, and it is concluded that the existing alarm platform of some disadvantages; Secondly, according to some existing technologies based on mobile terminal intelligent alarm system requirements analysis; Again, it gives the implementation method of the alarm system of each module and develop platform is introduced; Last, the paper has carried on the code to the basic function of the system test.According to this paper puts forward some methods of design of mobile terminal intelligent alarm system can be a very good solve some disadvantages existing alarm platform, this system can realize the user location, the site has the function of the alarm information quickly upload data acquisition, in the process of alarm, the user can according to the system prompt alarm correctly, to ensure that the server system to receive accurate case information; Server system to the user submits the alarm information for effective management, administrators can accurate positioning through system integration of map service to the scene, at the same time also can obtain the scene of some of the more important data, such as weather and traffic.
