In recent years, the Internet of Things (IoT) has been supported and developed greatly as an emerging industry of our country, among which the medical Internet of Things has been developed quickly as an important direction. This new form makes it possible that people can not only seek medical advice without going out but also gain time and cost. In particular, with the new information technology, the research of smart health management theory and application which can provide all-round service has become a research focus of many domestic universities and research institutes. In this paper, the mobile terminal health data acquisition system based on the mobile IoT is designed and implemented. Firstly, the mobile clients of the Android based health management system can obtain body’s health indicators and other data through the related senor device, and input the data to the health management service system. Secondly, it can give a real-time monitor of the health data change process of the client through the historical health data trend analysis diagram on the server side. This system adopts the Android mobile operating system based on open source code. The design of its general frame adopts the C/S mode for mobile terminals and the design of the Android mobile clients adopts the MVC mode. At the same time, it adopts the Web Service technology to achieve the data interaction between the clients and the server side. What’s more, the data interaction between the clients and the server side and the graphical of the clients is implemented by data-visualization technology. The feature of the system is that it realized the instantaneity and standard management of personal health data. This paper uses the oximeter as sample instrument when discussing the running results of this system. As the health data sample, the author logins into the system through the user interface, adds and connects the health data acquisition instrument—the oximeter. Then after collecting the data of physical signs successfully, the author uploads the data to the server by the Web Service technology. Through the analysis of historical records, it can found that the blood oxygen content of the samples is normal and the results can be fed back to the system user successfully.
