| Performance appraisal of staff has been an important part of the Enterprise Human Resources Management and also in Enterprise Strategic Decision Making. This passage takes the developers as research objects and combines the Management Science with Artificial Intelligence to build a Dynamic Bayesian Network model of developers’ Performance Appraisal in enterprises.At first, this passage set up the Performance Evaluation Indicator System after analyzing the study object. By looking up relative documents, we summarized the common indicators of developers’ Performance Appraisal in enterprises. In order to simplify the indicators, some questionnaires were sending out and some project management personals were interviewed. Using Analytic HierarchyProcess, we set up the Performance Evaluation Indicator System.Secondly, based on the Indicator System, this passage collected and sorted the data. At one hand, we standardized the data, so the data would fit for the following work. At the other hand, we used the Bates Bootstrap method to expand the sample data set and made it reach the demand of building the network.Then, we chose the best way to build the network. This passage used Asia net as an example, by using K2Algorithm, Hill-Climbing Algorithm and MCMC Algorithm to build network model separately, we finally chose the K2Algorithm. By analyzed the inadequacy of this algorithm, this passage used the Greedy Algorithm in pretreatment and applied the result in starting conditions of K2Algorithm to get an accurate Asia net.Next, this passage built up the Dynamic Bayesian Network model of developers’ Performance Appraisal in enterprises. Used the method mentioned in the previous step as Theoretical Basis, we completed the network learning and get the Dynamic Bayesian network model on Matlab platform and FullBNT toolbox.Finally, this passage exhibited the Dynamic Bayesian network as a prototype system. Starting from the demand analysis, we described the design of system architecture and database. We built up the prototype system of developers’ Performance Appraisal in enterprises and presented the system functions in chapter five. |
