With the development of social economy, the radio and television industry also need according to the changes of environment to develop, especially in today’s media environment is also facing new development trend. In this paper the Binhai New Area of Tianjin Radio and television industry as the research object, analyzes the current situation of the development of Binhai New Area, broadcasting industry problems and development strategies. In this paper, the background and the domestic and foreign related research literature review, clearly the main direction of this research; expounds the basic concepts and theories after the industry related theory and the broadcasting industry; on this basis, starting from the domestic broadcasting industry in Tianjin Binhai New Area, the radio and TV industry and the development of the radio and TV industry background, analysing the present situation of Tianjin Binhai New Area broadcasting industry, proposed facing the broadcasting industry in Binhai New Area, through the analysis, find out the problems existing in the Binhai New Area for the radio and television, industry. This paper also experiences to Shanghai Pudong New Area and the United States of Santiago radio and TV industry development are analyzed, on this basis to the future development of Binhai New Area of radio and television industry and put forward some inspiration; in view of the existing problems, put forward six aspects of the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of broadcasting industry in Binhai New area. For example:the construction of standardized industry system, strengthen the integration of industry resources, accelerate the development of high-end industry management personnel.
