The Noci Company Agile Development Model Applied Research

As the market competition become more and more tense, customer requirements change frequently. The traditional development model can not satisfy this request in time. This article is focused on development model which applied in NSN company.As we know, the V-model and Incremental model have been replaced by Agile due to Agile quick response for customer's request and periodically deliver tested and useful service or production. NSN is one leader of Agile development. Author discusses its main practice, especially SCRUM, Test driven development, the continuous integration and frequent release which applied in NSN. They are the most importance practice of Agile. Then a case of Agile development of S production R4.3 is given. Also author compares the Agile and V-model/Incremental model.Author hope high-tech enterprises can choose the better model which is adapt its company or improve their current process. And hope more and more enterprises apply the new development model to develop the competitive production and service.
