Research On Knowledge Service Model For Agricultural Enterprise Technological Innovation

Agricultural enterprises are the main body of agricultural science and technology innovation,and technological innovation of agricultural enterprises is the core of their development.However,due to the characteristics of long cycle,big risk,non-competitive,non-exclusive,agricultural enterprises in terms of technological innovation,there are some practical problems such as weak main body consciousness,shortage of talents,lack of capital investment,low conversion rate of technological achievements,and difficulty in technology promotion,which make agricultural enterprises have a weak and slack attitude towards technological innovation.However,in this era of "mass innovation",if there is no technological innovation,agricultural enterprises will be difficult to make progress and development,and will be eliminated by the market.More and more agricultural enterprises are also aware of the role of knowledge in promoting technological innovation,they have technological innovation needs,knowledge innovation needs,but due to the characteristics of agricultural technological innovation,their own research and development conditions and power are relatively insufficient.The knowledge service model for technological innovation of agricultural enterprises proposed in this paper refers to the replicable,improved and promoted paradigm form that aims at facilitating technological innovation of agricultural enterprises,collecting,organizing,refining,analyzing and integrating relevant explicit and implicit knowledge resources,building a standardized process of knowledge service,producing knowledge service products and meeting the requirements of knowledge service of agricultural enterprises.Relying on the operation and management of Agricultural Information Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the National Agricultural Library has the advantages of resources,technology and talents in the field of agricultural science and technology information.Based on the above background,it is proposed that the National Agricultural Library should carry out the research on the knowledge service model for the technological innovation of agricultural enterprises to help the technological innovation of agricultural enterprises.This paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,system analysis method and other methods,and draws lessons from collaboration theory,Scrum agile development and other theories.Through research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The main path and development trend of knowledge service for enterprise technological innovation are analyzed,and the characteristics of knowledge service demand of agricultural enterprises in the process of technological innovation are summarized.First,the service content mainly needs technical consulting service demand,information monitoring service,information literacy training service,data resource service,system platform service and scientific research management consulting service,etc.,requiring more accurate and personalized.The existing knowledge service products can not fully meet the needs,which can be referred to in the design of knowledge service products.Second,the service personnel have higher requirements and stronger professional knowledge requirements,and only relying on the existing talent team of library and information agency can not fully meet the needs.Third,in terms of service efficiency,faster speed and higher efficiency are required,and knowledge service teams need to introduce a service operation mechanism that can respond quickly and operate cooperatively.(2)The collaborative realization path of technological innovation knowledge service mode of agricultural enterprises is designed by using the collaborative theory,and the collaborative service between service subject,service object and service environment is solved.The introduction of Scrum agile development makes the knowledge service process of technological innovation in agricultural enterprises faster and more efficient.The knowledge service model for technological innovation of agricultural enterprises is summarized and condensed,which covers 6 cooperative forms,8 components and 6 product functions.Compared with the traditional knowledge service model,the characteristics of this model are as follows:(1)Based on the synergy theory and combined with the knowledge service needs of the service object(agricultural enterprises)for technological innovation,six kinds of collaborative service teams are established(internal collaborative service of library and information agency,cooperation service of library and information agency + library and information agency,collaborative consulting service of library and information agency + domain experts,joint collaborative services of library and information agency + scientific research teams,cooperative collaborative services of library and information agency + industry associations,and cooperative collaborative services of library and information agency + agricultural enterprises),introducing human "wisdom" that is,selecting appropriate collaborative teams for services,ensuring precision and specialization of knowledge services,and realizing the concept of collaborative services.(2)In the 8 major components,each dimension is interrelated and confirmed,and has an inseparable cooperative correlation relationship.The service subject is dominant,plays the role of order parameter.The service object is orientation.The service environment covers 6 components,which are: Service product is the core,the other five elements are all for its service,service data and service platform is the foundation,service technology and service method is the means and tools,service process is the guarantee,so as to achieve one or many aspects of the service subject,service object,service environment collaborative development.(3)In terms of service products,a series of knowledge service products with 6 product functions(technical consulting service,information monitoring service,information literacy training service,data resource service,system platform service and scientific research management consulting service)is proposed to ensure the personalization of knowledge service.(3)The service process of agricultural enterprise technology innovation knowledge based on Scrum agile development is designed to improve service efficiency and quality.Oriented by user needs,by clarifying the elements of Scrum,setting up Scrum teams,setting up Scrum processes and improving the iterative process of Scrum for knowledge service,the service is accelerated and efficient,and can be replicated,improved and promoted in different application scenarios,so as to better meet the technological innovation needs of agricultural enterprise.(4)Taking the Agricultural Information Institute as an example,the empirical study on the knowledge service model of technological innovation in agricultural enterprises was carried out.Describe two service cases,describe the service process,and share service feedback and experience.Based on the characteristics of the demand for precise,specialized,personalized and speedy knowledge service in the process of technological innovation of agricultural enterprises,this paper proposes the collaborative realization path of technological innovation knowledge service mode of agricultural enterprises by adopting the collaborative theory,and focuses on solving the collaborative service between the service subject,service object and service environment.The introduction of Scrum agile development makes the knowledge service process of technological innovation in agricultural enterprises faster and more efficient.Driven by "demand + data + technology + process + wisdom",a knowledge service model for technological innovation of agricultural enterprises covering 6 cooperative forms +8 components +6 product functions is constructed.Finally,two service case are used to demonstrate that this model can be replicated,improved and promoted in different application scenarios,so as to better meet the technological innovation needs of agricultural enterprise.
