The rapid development of information technology today, city card is theinevitable trend of social development. Promote public transport card will improve city publicservice facilities, service quality and service level, as the user base continues toexpand, all kinds of application module is added gradually, so as to improve theparticipation card system project enterprise, institution’s management ability, which isalso in line with the overall goal of informatization of city.This project was designed based on standard J2EE technology, the platform usesa layered architecture, effectively separate display logic, business logic and dataaccess logic, and realize the loose coupling between each layer and flexible call eachother in the system development framework of mature support. The platform usesstruts and spring programming framework, and can effectively separate the webdisplay layer and operation layer.In this paper the bus card system on the platform have made some achievements,but in the modern communication technology based on city card field and study very wide exploration space. At present, the domestic traditional bus card system is still inits initial stage, with the rapid development of technology in the global IC card andInternet, people demand for city card applications continue to increase, city card willenter the fast lane of development, so that the technical level of domestic city cardsystem with international standards.
