With the rapid development of the weighing transducer manufacturing technology and microelectronics technology, the truck scale has been widely used in industrial enterprises, such as ports, airports, mining, metallurgical, chemical industry and logistics management. At the same time, the management information system based on computer technology, network technology and database technology has been continuously developing and improving. And it becomes a necessary tool of modern enterprises to adapt to the global economic development and improve the competitiveness of their own. In China's coal enterprises, the truck's coaling and weighing have realized automation. However, the process control and data statistic still use manual way. So, the intensity of the tasks are increased, the weighing process is affected by personal factor, the work efficiency and economic benefit in coal enterprises are hampered.In this thesis, the Truck Scale Weighing Management Information System based on the automation of quantitative silo-coaling and automatic acquisition of weighing data is designed. The design completes the model of hardware equipment, electrical flow, business process and concept structure by the field investigation and requirement analysis. The system adopts the C/S and B/S mixed-mode as the system structure, the MVC mode and .NET Framework as the software design approach, through the detailed study of theory and technology in system development. The system realizes computer monitoring of the truck scale weighing and information management of enterprise by detailing, coding, designing for database structure, integrality and security. It is a comprehensive weighing management information system.The system has realized the automation of quantitative silo-coaling and automatic acquisition of weighing data, and it has realized computer monitoring of the weighing process and efficient management of the internal enterprise by the computer software and hardware, network, database technology and methods. It has prevents the "pry scale" problems in coaling process and the operating loophole in internal enterprise. The software is reusable, expansible and maintainable. The development of the system has greatly enhanced the efficiency and overall management level of coal enterprises, and it has eliminated the influence of personal factors at the maximum extent, it has ensured economic and social benefits of the enterprise, it has provided a new design method for coal enterprise which use the computer hardware and software, network and database technology.
