At present, some main design parameters in bulk cement truck have no standardizedformula or specification in practical engineering application. Although someachievements have obtained in some aspects, the design of domestic bulk cement truckstill has some problems. The main problem is many parameters of the fluidized bedstructure are acquired by empirical data, which is lack of adequate theoretical foundations.However, improve those parameters by experiments also exists the problem of highproduction costs, the difficult process of data collection and the complexity of theinterference factors. In order to improve the performance of bulk cement truck, shortenthe design cycle of bulk cement truck and reduce the cost, this paper choose differentdesign parameters for the variables, analyze the numerical simulation, and calculate theprocess of different parameters on the cement fluidization and the influence of thedischarge process by adopting the calculation function of Fluent software, with thetechnology method to combine the theory and numerical calculation.This paper mainly presents the development of the automatic design platform for thebulk cement truck tank tube fluidized bed. On the foundation of the fluidized bedgeometry model and simulation calculation, the research mainly makes the parameterdesign for bulk cement car tank tube fluidized bed, and generate the parametric modelfluidized and unloading simulation, and then evaluate the design of the correctness andreliability of fluidized bed by the cement fluidized and unloading the results. In thedevelopment environment of Visual basic6.0, this research develops the design platformof the bulk cement truck tank tube fluidized bed with the function of parameterizedmodeling, parametric analysis through the integration of Gambit and Fluent on the basisof the bulk cement truck tank tube fluidized bed as the prototype.The simulation results are list as follows. The development of visual platform can beapplied to the design of the tanks effectively. It improves the product development timeand development quality, saves the production cost for the enterprise. To sum up, theplatform can shorten the product development cycle, help to reduce the productdevelopment and productions cost for the enterprise, improve product performance andincrease market competitiveness.
