Finally,this article is based on Visual Studio 2010 software development tools,C # as a software development language,choosing a database management system named Oracle10.0g to implement and desribe the detailed functions in the truck scale weighing management system of vehicle management, heavy balance management,light balance management, and file system management and other major modules.In the implementation process involves the based on RFID technology in vehicle identification,infrared grating barrier systems and data communication based on Web Services technology and other key technologies.Truck weighing management system development and implementation has improved fuel thermal power plants into the plant process data measurement efficiency and avoid human error in data collection and the emergence of phenomena such as artificial cheating, reducing the cost of enterprise management and resource depletion, inline with corporate the development trend of information technology.It is worth to promote and apply in thermal power plants and truck weighing management.
