Rural Mobile Library Construction Mode And Service Mode

Spiritual and cultural demand of fanner has been gradually increasing while the their material life enhances gradually. Owing to the political and historical factors, the spiritual and cultural reconstruction of chinese countryside always develop slowly. So it is necessary to establish mobile libraries catering to the countryside's demand for solving the problems of reading and borrowing books.This paper analyzes current situation and question of the present countryside book stands and shows that it is possible and essential to establish countryside mobile libraries of chinese characteristic. Through researching the features and the function of countryside mobile libraries, from macroscopic and microscopic viewpoints, this paper explores several construction modes of countryside mobile library:The head-branch mode, united modes, private modes on the basis of China's national conditions and the actual situation in rural areas. Through the study of literature contents of countryside readers in the, reading patterns, channel of information retrieval, cultural entertainment ways, this paper obtains the service modes of countryside mobile library meeting farmer's requirements and then summarizes deep level service mode from tradition service mode for suiting the rural development.This paper states that it is completely feasible to establish proper countryside mobile library in various parts in view of achieving univeral information sharing impossibly through investigating typical case of established countryside mobile libraries.China's countryside mobile library may encounter many obstacles and problems in the continuous process of construction and development, but its great social force has been taking shape and slowly shows itself as the power of promoting sustainable development of the "three rural",and has a strong practical significance.
