Telecommunications Enterprises International Exchange Network Design And Implementation

With the continuous enhancement of integral strength of China Telecom and the gradual spread of internationalization strategy, China Telecom has established a international voice network, which covered more than one hundred different countries and regions around the world nowadays. The several existing systems of international networks administration are early built and aging so that it is difficult to meet the demand of practical maintenance of networks. These systems of international networks administration are mutually independent, which results in the increasing cost of administration and maintenance and leads to the incapability of collecting, calculating, comparing and analyzing of the functional data from the entire network.This paper discussed the status quo and existing problems in the administrative system of networks. This research created a unified systems of international networks administration in accordance with the actual demand of network administration in the telecom industry and based on the Data Communication Network of China Telecom Management Center, which adopted the three layer construction of Agent, Server and Client and established on the multi-user operating system of UNIX/Windows-2000 and TCP/IP network protocol. This system can make better use of available international network resource, optimize the network structure, improv(?) the safety reliability of network and increase the operating and maintaining efficiency. In short, this system served as an effectiv(?) support for the managerial decision-making of the Group Company.
