With the rapid development of communication services, communication center security problems become more serious .For historical reasons; communication center built more monitoring system in the period of great development of communication industry, these systems has the following problems:1. A wide variety of different systems: We have fire control system, power room environment monitoring system, access control systems, equipment monitoring systems, etc. in the communication center now;2. Decentralized management: Fire department belongs to the security, Power room environment monitoring system belongs to the engine room, Access control system belongs to the computer room management, Equipment maintenance monitoring system belongs to the manufacturer;3. Hard to find the problem: Whenever there is a problem, we need many departments to joint office. Even then, we cannot confirm the specific cause of problems;4. Inefficiency: There is no clear responsibility for monitoring personnel;5. Each system cannot work together: All systems are stand alone, we have no unified interface protocol;6. The high cost of manage maintenance.In this article, Inner Mongolia Branch of China Telecom constructs the security systems of communication center .And this systems based on DCN (Data Communication Network).
