| The academic journal is the most important published channel of the academic achievements. It has the function of dissemination of academic achievement in the academic circles and lead the academic's development. At present, Journal of Management Sciences in China and a number of management academic journals have already obtained the management science academic identity. However, its academic influence is only limited to domestic range, international influence is quite limited. In order to further expand the international influence of the Chinese Management Academic Journal, the realization of internationalization is necessary. The remarkable achievement of realization of internationalization is being indexed by the authoritative tools such as SCI. Analyzing of the academic level, academic characteristics, document types, published papers, sponsored organization, editorial situation, journal operation mode of the management sciences journals, we find the "Internationalization path". Thereby, we find the essential mode of the Internationalization of China Management Sciences Journals.First, we analysis the status and remarkable standard of top international management journals and we compare the main indexes such as the publishing languages, period of publication, the amount of issues, journal location of the international management journals and domestic management journals. And we focus on the comparative of purpose and the position, editors situation, reviewing process, period of publication of Journal of Management Sciences in China and Management Science.Thus, the gap between the Journal of Management Sciences in China and the top international journal of management was obtained. Put forward the improvement measures with the research results. Consequently,it outlines the path of the internationalization and indexed by SCI, and provide the beneficial attempt of exploration to the internationalization mode of the China management journals. |
